6-8 Chicken Breast (Cooked and Shredded)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
2 cups ritz crackers, crushed
5 Tbs melted butter
1 Tbs poppy seeds
Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together. Pour over shredded chicken and mix that up. Pour it in to a 9×13 inch greased baking dish and sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese. In another bowl mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter and poppy seeds and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
