{Toffee and Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies}

These are one of my very favorite cookie recipes. The toffee bits add so much yumminess to them.

1/2 cup oatmeal

2 1/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 bag heath toffee bits

1 cup hazelnuts

1 bag milk chocolate chips

Finely chop the oats in a processer, transfer oats to a bowl, mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat together the butter and sugars, mix in the eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Stir in the toffee, chocolate chips and hazelnuts. Drop 1 Tbs onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes on 315 degrees.
